Oldsmar Friends of the Arts, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization formed to financially support our Oldsmar Performing Arts Programs, increasing the quality and caliber of their performances without increased costs to the students and families.
We began in 2019 as a committee of dedicated individuals, working together in order to further our mission through fundraising efforts. In March 2020, we incorporated and became a 501(c)3 charitable organization with the express goal to underwrite the huge costs of popular musical theater productions.
We have since grown to include City of Oldsmar Performing Arts Programs such as assisting young dancers with tuition, costumes and more. We look forward to growing our outreach in the future to include a Community Choir and other Performing Arts Programs and Events within our community.
In 2021, we partnered with the City of Oldsmar to enhance the subcontracted program by becoming the Producer for the performances of OPAL Theater, which are seeing audiences of over 600 guests, at our beautiful Elizabeth Smith Amphitheater Stage at RE Olds Park.
We look forward to continuing our mission with other projects in the future such as the Oldsmar Community Choir, Art in the Park Festivals, our yearly fundraising event 'Mardi Gras' and more!
Join us on our mission by becoming a member growing our Performing Arts programs for our students, families and our community.
